International Jazz Day 2020

WLJ SG Celebrates International Jazz Day. Yes, it’s that time of the year again! 

We Love Jazz SG will be hosting its fourth International Jazz Day (IJD) this April and we are going online!

This year’s celebration comes amidst a difficult time. The COVID-19 pandemic has left the world in panic and isolation. In Singapore, social distancing and quarantine measures have interrupted jobs and daily routines.

Our arts community has not been spared, and we believe it is all the more important to celebrate the passionate work of our community members this International Jazz Day.

Historically, jazz has always brought people from different backgrounds and communities together to form a vibrant collective. That’s why we encourage ALL community members: musicians, audiences, business owners, students and any jazz enthusiast to participate in this year’s celebration.
